Cub Scout Seth Portwood of Pack 37 celebrates as his car wins a race in the county Pinewood Derby over the weekend. If the derby racer had been a full-size car, it would have broke the 200 miles per hour mark. Racing against Seth are Barry Barton of Pack 43 and Sam Portwood of Pack 37.
